The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany.

Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking candidates for a 3.5-year apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Operations Technology (m/f/d) at DB Regio AG in Kiel and DB InfraGO AG in Lübeck and Neustadt.

The vocational school and training workshop are located in Neumünster. In this apprenticeship, you will learn how to expertly fix any malfunctions.

At DB, we have a wide range of opportunities for Electronics Technicians in various areas.

Depending on your interests and the availability of apprenticeship positions, you can complete your training as an Electronics Technician on our trains, tracks and power lines, or in our workshops where the regular power grid is converted into the railway's power grid.


What to expect in your apprenticeship:

  • Your training will offer a lot of variety, as you will rotate between working in the company, the training workshop, and attending vocational school on a weekly basis.
  • You will never be alone in your learning, as you will have dedicated trainers and will also learn alongside other apprentices, forming lifelong friendships.
