    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Help with setting up and rolling out network assets such as POS systems, sound systems, SFTV, etc.
    • Offer assistance for Admissions, Retail, and Food Service POS Systems.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues for over 250 computers and other hardware.
    • Support a diverse fiber optics network.
    • Provide tech support to users for software and hardware problems.
    • Assist with the digital/analog telephone system and park attractions.
    • Provide network-based park sound system support.
    • Maintain inventory of assets.
    • Perform any other assigned tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum age of 18.
    • Basic understanding of Network Switching.
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in all Microsoft applications and experienced with Windows.
    • Physical ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
