Your contribution:
- Creating cost estimates, quotes, and tracking them as part of order processing
- Processing orders for consumables and accessories
- Handling customer inquiries (hospitals, doctors, service providers)
- Customer support and sales support
- Collaboration with our field sales and technical staff according to territory allocation
- General administrative tasks and correspondence
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training
- First professional experience in order processing
- Binding and competent appearance as well as communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Enjoyment of telephone contact with customers
- Independent, structured, and pragmatic way of working
- Commitment, independent work, and integrity
