The Orthopedics Berlin is currently seeking a Medical Assistant/Doctor's Assistant to join our team in Clio, MI. This position is available immediately or at the earliest possible date, and can be either part-time or full-time.

Under the medical direction of Dr. med.

Ricarda Granes, the Orthopedics Berlin is a modern specialist center for orthopedics located in the heart of Berlin on Kurfürstendamm.

We offer a wide range of outpatient orthopedic and trauma surgical treatments.

Our team consists of two specialists and four experienced medical assistants, and we have a strong and friendly team dynamic.

Your profile should include:

Completed training as a medical assistant or medical specialist (m/f/d)
Empathy and sensitivity
Commitment and enjoyment in your work
You value structured work processes and predictable working hours, as well as responsibility, initiative, and teamwork
Proficiency in computer skills (knowledge of Quincy is desirable but not required)

Your responsibilities will include:

Reception, patient reception, and administration (prescriptions, appointments, etc.)
Organization of daily practice routines, office and administrative tasks
Documentation and maintenance of digital medical records
Assistance in medical consultations
Your tasks will also include assisting the doctors with tasks such as blood draws, sterile handling, and applying various bandages/splints you will work closely and trustingly with your medical colleagues
