    • Open Call: Wednesdays & Thursdays in March, Between 2 - 4 PM
    • Location: 63 W. Grand Avenue in Chicago

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, equipment, and more
    • Operate dish machine and cleaning supplies
    • Maintain cleanliness in the back of house area
    • Assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed

    Essential Functions:

    • Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions
    • Work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
    • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Stand and walk for extended periods

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a steady pace to prevent backup of dishes
    • Communicate any machine issues to Management
    • Keep track of cleaning supplies and replenish as needed
    • Ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
    • Work well with others and contribute to a team environment
    • Complete any other assigned duties as necessary
