Service Manager (m/f/d)

for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning

Your responsibilities

  • Managing a team of 7 service technicians
  • Organizing and coordinating service and repair appointments
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Communicating and coordinating with project managers and installation supervisors
  • Ordering and monitoring spare parts inventory

You have

  • A completed apprenticeship as a plumbing, heating, and air conditioning technician
  • Experience in managing personnel
  • A business-oriented and market-driven mindset
  • A confident and friendly demeanor towards employees, clients, architects, and planners
  • Structured, precise, and independent work ethic, willingness to take on responsibility, and reliability
  • Experience with common office programs
  • A category B driver's license
