Since our front desk Patient Experience Coordinators serve as the first point of contact for our patients and clients, we are constantly looking for individuals who share our passion to help people and possess the desire to try to do things better and more efficiently. Patient Experience Coordinators are expected to provide a stellar patient experience while maintaining reception and clerical support.

Responsibilities:


  • Greeting patients warmly both over the phone and in facetoface encounters
  • Provide a superior patient experience as a positive ambassador in support of Forever Fit patientcentric model of health care
  • Address and resolve any problems that a patient may have to the best of ones abilities
  • Escalates unresolved problems to manager
  • Expresses compassion, understanding, and empathy at all times
  • Reviews and updates patient demographics and insurance information and accurately scans documents into patients file
  • Obtains and processes referral information and notes patients records accordingly
  • Collects copays and fees for service
  • Answer phones
  • Schedules PT appointments
  • Obtains and properly distributes messages
  • Performs general office duties as assigned
  • Obtain insurance information and authorization for correct sources
  • Obtain all required information to ensure proper insurance authorization

Requirements:


  • Previous customer service or electronic medical records experience
  • Previous front desk experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask while working quickly, efficiently, and accurately
  • Used Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
