    OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
    This role goes beyond a traditional sales position. We are in need of a dynamic Sales Consultant who possesses technical acumen and a drive to serve others. The ideal candidate is one who embodies our dedication to nurturing connections, possesses a natural sense of curiosity, and exceptional listening abilities.

    The main goal is to collaborate with clients, thoroughly comprehend their needs, and provide solutions that genuinely benefit them.

    Compensation includes a combination of salary, uncapped commissions, and company perks.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Identify potential clients and opportunities
    - Develop and execute effective account strategies
    - Establish and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective clients
    - Consult with clients to ascertain their needs and preferences
    - Assist in estimating HVAC project costs for repairs, maintenance, and installations
    - Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process
    - Work alongside engineering and operations teams to ensure client needs are met
    - Collaborate with the team to craft compelling, precise proposals for clients
    - Review and finalize proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment on all terms
    - Document activities and share information with the team
    - Maintain regular communication with customers, especially key decision-makers
    - Enhance the client experience by coordinating effectively with team members
    - Stay updated on industry developments and best practices


    WHAT CAN SET YOU APART:
    - Demonstrated history of successful sales in the commercial HVAC sector or a related field
    - Knowledge of HVAC systems and their applications in commercial environments is beneficial
    - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting
    - Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a relevant discipline
    - Strong eagerness for continuous learning
    - Competitive Salary + Commission ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 OTE
