  • You will inform our customers and provide information about travel destinations, attractions, culture, climate, and other relevant aspects, both before and during their trip.
  • You will book and sell tourist services such as flights, hotels, rental cars, excursions, and travel insurance - in person, over the phone, or online.
  • You will manage and document all relevant data, documents, and processes, such as bookings, invoices, payments, complaints, and feedback, in compliance with legal and internal regulations.

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a vocational training.
  • You have communication and enthusiasm skills.
  • You have sales and consulting talent as well as product and destination knowledge.
  • You have good manners, good German skills, and ideally knowledge of English.
  • You have knowledge of IT (Microsoft Office), Outlook, and common booking platforms.
