As a Showing Agent, you're the linchpin in our clients' quest for their dream home. Your adept communication skills will be crucial in fostering trust and guiding clients through the maze of home buying.
Your role involves not just showing properties but also being a knowledgeable advisor, ensuring clients' expectations are met and surpassed.
Compensation:
$25 - $50 hourly + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Lead clients through home showings, providing an exceptional journey every step of the way.
- Match clients with homes that fit their vision, drawing on your local knowhow.
- Assist the lead agent in managing inspections, walkthroughs, appraisals, and closings, making every transaction smooth.
- Work alongside the team to convert leads into lasting client relationships, contributing to our growth and outreach.

Qualifications:
- You have an active Real Estate License.
- You own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license for client showings.
- You're a communication pro, making every interaction count.
