WHAT TO EXPECT WITH US?

Analysis, modeling, and further development of development processes with a focus on E/E, drive, and software development
Preparation of process training materials and implementation
Organization, implementation, and moderation of workshops and committees with internal and external stakeholders
Management of topics from different meetings
Taking on various project management tasks throughout all project phases
Support in the realization of vehicle and backend projects

Project implementation is carried out using both traditional project management methods and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).

WHAT YOU BRING:

You have a degree in business, engineering, or natural sciences
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry
Familiarizing yourself with new technologies and development areas is a motivating challenge for you
Excellent German and English skills for customer communication are important to you
You have a high analytical mindset, initiative, and a responsible attitude
