Retail Sales Representative for York, PA and surrounding area
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing and aftersales services)
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Crosssell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Stay up to date with new products/services
- Follow all Sales Processes when making Sales Calls
- Rotate products and monitor code dates
- Maintain regular communication with management
- Maintain regular call frequency on sales route
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships
- Ability to perform in fastpaced environments
- High school degree
- BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
Pay:
$35, $50,000.00 per year
