- Full-cycle recruitment, including planning and conducting sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Draft job descriptions and postings, create interview guides, offer letters, etc. following internal standard operating procedures.
- Ensure positive candidate experience through customer service and timely communication; Respond effectively to candidate's questions and provide important information during delivery of employment offers (benefits, compensation, start date...)
- Develop, build, and maintain candidate relationships: Utilize effective sourcing and selection techniques to foster and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Partner with Marketing on social media and other recruitment marketing campaigns
- Deliver, communicate, and measure strategic sourcing plans and activities.
- Use available report data and metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies to continuously improve sourcing methods.
- 3 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience in construction craft or skilled labor recruitment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in proactively recruiting talent through various channels.
- High energy and passion for Talent Acquisition.
