Currently, we are looking for a:
Student Employee for Personnel Development / Organizational Development (m/f/d)
- limited to 6 months, maximum 20 hours/week during lecture period

Your tasks

Administrative support in further education management
Support in recruiting apprentices and dual students, for example accompanying job fairs and company events at universities
Creating evaluations and statistics as well as preparing visualizations of results in Excel and PowerPoint
Research activities and derivation of recommendations for action
Project work within various HR projects

Your profile

Student (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Business Education, Psychology or another relevant field of study with at least one year until graduation
Independent and reliable way of working as well as affinity for modern working methods
Quick comprehension and good organizational skills
IT affinity and proficient in common MS Office applications
Availability of 20 hours per week during the semester (flexible scheduling by arrangement)
