Controller (m/f/d):

We are currently seeking a Controller (m/f/d) to join our team in McLouth, KS.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conducting strategic and operational overall company controlling:
Financial controlling,
Construction controlling,
Key figure controlling,
Personnel controlling,
Production controlling,
etc.

  • Planning and executing special projects;
  • Conducting target costing, value creation, and project analysis;
  • Identifying causes of plan deviations (deviation analysis);
  • Establishing and developing controlling instruments;
  • Monitoring goals with key figures;
  • Conducting customer and sales analyses, as well as cost and sales forecasts;
  • Developing and maintaining planning, control, and information structures;
  • Preparing recommendations for action to prevent foreseeable plan deviations as decisionmaking basis.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting/Controlling;
  • Professional experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Access.
