IT Architecture/Cloud

Travel Required :
Facilitate the design and configuration for Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation effort within the US Intelligence community.
Align system configuration to HR processes and policies.
Lead the implementation and configuration of cloud modules.

Assist with the development of functional requirements from Business Process Redesign (BPR) sessions and documents for review and approval.

Develop, test and migrate configurations in lower system environments using applicable migration tools to obtain user acceptance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure cloud application architectures that align with business objectives.
Update and maintain configuration workbooks for new requirements and change requests.

Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination.

A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with COUNTERINTELLIGECE (CI) Polygraph
TEN(10) years' relevant experience facilitating the design configuration of systems, including development, testing, and/or migrations.

Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.

Five (5) years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM, or other HCMS
Experience in Agile software development practices and Cloud Computing architectures
In lieu of PeopleSoft/HCM experience, a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn Oracle SaaS applications
