I am looking for a cook in Palos Hills, IL who can accurately identify and avoid ingredients that one of the diners has a severe allergy to. These ingredients must not come into contact with the food and will be provided in writing with precision. The other diners have no dietary restrictions. It is preferable to use minimal salt, and special salts such as Maldon salt are preferred.
