    Oversees operational management of physician practices for primary care operations. Manages all practices within the organization beginning at the time of physician recruitment.

    Assists COO and physician services in developing and ensuring appropriate systems, policies, and standards are in place to produce financial performance, excellent clinical outcomes, and patient, staff, and physician satisfaction.
