Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Utilize phone etiquette to communicate clearly and courteously
  • Conduct outbound calling for followups or sales promotions
  • Cross sell products or services to increase revenue
  • Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
  • Registration and New Business Followup
  • Process endorsements & follow up
- eAgent notes and To-Do's

  • T-Docs
  • Schedule Policy Reviews
  • Retention and general housekeeping]

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus (Bilingual or Multilingual preferred)
  • Proficiency in data entry and eAgent software ( but will train)
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
