Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate clearly and courteously
- Conduct outbound calling for followups or sales promotions
- Cross sell products or services to increase revenue
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Registration and New Business Followup
- Process endorsements & follow up
- T-Docs
- Schedule Policy Reviews
- Retention and general housekeeping]
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus (Bilingual or Multilingual preferred)
- Proficiency in data entry and eAgent software ( but will train)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
