Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as Caregiver at San Dimas Post Acute.
As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, including those with dementia and seniors requiring care.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.Duties:
- Provide direct support and personal care to individuals in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Engage in meaningful activities and provide companionship
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required
- Experience working with individuals with dementia,or seniors is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with mobility as needed
Skills:
- Direct support skills
