    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for all video content and graphics for NextGen at NCCollaborate with staff to bring ideas to life through video and stage presentations Promote NextGen events in digital form, including social mediaCoordinate with staff, students, and parents on shooting video projectsProduce countdowns and series bumper videosEnlist, train, encourage, and direct students and/or adult volunteers to use their gifts in video production Responsible for the routine maintenance and inventory of NextGen video equipmentMaintain video shoot schedulesMaintain an archive of video projects and manage NextGen platforms Attend and coordinate all video needs for scheduled NextGen events, camps and tripsCoordinate with other departments on NextGen graphic design needsOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequirements:Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC NC Have a joyful passion for NextGen and Children's ministriesExcellent planning and organizational skillsStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenPrior professional/business experience in video editingKnowledge in scripting, directing, cinematography, lighting and sound techniquesAble to work in a team environmentSelf-starter who can take direction, but also think outside the boxExperience in Adobe Creative Cloud; Premier, Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator and/or Final Cut XAbility to work varying schedules including evenings and weekends (general schedule Sun-Th) Able to perform physical activities that require moving one's whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, and use of stairs; able to lift 30 pounds without assistance
