We are currently looking for a
Telephone and Written Customer Service Representative (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Handling of telephone and written customer inquiries, including data and order processing, as well as documentation of processes
Recording and diagnosis of malfunctions, as well as troubleshooting and optimization in the areas of VoIP, xDSL, ULL, and mobile phone connections
Recording, checking, and processing of more complex customer processes
Assistance with setup and installation (router, telephone, WLAN, email clients) as well as resolution of configuration errors on the customer's side
Final processing of special cases from other departments that could not be solved through regular processes

Your profile:

You have previous experience in written and telephone customer service or helpdesk, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
A technical education in the telecommunications sector is helpful but not necessary.
