YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are a social care worker, special education teacher, or state-recognized educator with previous experience in child and youth welfare.
  • You are comfortable with shift work and occasional weekend shifts.
  • You possess qualities such as teamwork, initiative, empathy, and reliability.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will care for and support adolescents between the ages of 12 and 16 who come from challenging family situations.
  • You will act as a parental figure, entertainer, comforter, and protector.
  • You will work in small residential groups of approximately 7 people.
