- Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions
- Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Adheres to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons? identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Adheres to cash handling policies
- Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
- Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Ensures security of company assets

Our FLEX Concession Bartenders make amazing drinks for our guests This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, working with a variety of alcoholic beverages, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer
Additionally, as a team member in the Aramark Flex program, you will have the opportunity to pick up shifts that fit your schedule using ReadyOn, a flex workforce app. Pick and choose which events you are interested in working, without fixed schedule requirements. Aramark?s flex-time roles are perfect for candidates who value flexibility and are comfortable signing up week-to-week. Wages may vary based on role or event needs, but will always be at or above the base rate in your offer letter.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $14.27 to $15.27, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Qualifications
? Previous experience as a bartender preferred
? Knowledge of bartending principals and recipes and current trends
? Able to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications
? Demonstrates excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
? Demonstrates organizational & multi-tasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
? Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lb
? Enjoys working in a fast-paced fun work environment
? Ideal candidate will be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
