    Aramark Sports & Entertainment is looking to hire a new General Manager to support our food and beverage operation for Empower Field

    As a General Manager, Empower Field, you will plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services normally generating $30M+ in revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs.

    Services include Concessions, Premium Services, Catering, Retail, and more. Empower Field is home to the Denver Broncos, the 5th largest stadium by capacity in the NFL, with events ranging from catering and football to concerts and Monster Truck


    WHO YOU ARE:

    Our General Managers are capable operations managers who lead a team to provide excellent service to our clients and guests.

    With knowledge of the client's business, positive relationship-building skills, financial savvy, and a focus on safety, our team makes a difference every day.

    Ideal candidates have managed large revenue accounts, are driven by data, and have extensive experience with financial analytics and forecasting.

    Hourly eligible benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.

    The hourly rate or salary range for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

    If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

    Directly responsible for all P&L in regard to food, beverage and retail merchandise at the Empower Field at Mile High
    Manage the client relationship at the location, while providing hands on execution management of operations.
    Management of a large team of managers and workforce throughout multiple units and concepts
    Developing new concepts to increase existing revenue sources for public foods/concessions, premium service and catering outlets.
    Partner with the District Manager/Vice President of Operations to plan and execute business development strategy for growth.

    Minimum of 5+ years of multi-unit management experience is required.
    Ability to lead a team of culinary & operations managers in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

    The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role.

    Ability to taste and smell food to determine quality and palatability. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management and Aramark support staff.
    P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
    Candidate must be willing to be hands-on with staff and operations and be willing to work flexible hours that include evenings, weekends and holidays
