Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event details are executed seamlessly.
  • Research and source venues, vendors, and suppliers for events, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to develop promotional materials and signage for events.
  • Assist in postevent evaluations and reporting, gathering feedback from clients and attendees to improve future events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event management, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance event experiences.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining event databases, managing RSVP lists, and processing invoices.

Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with event management software/tools is desirable.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as required by event schedules.
