Primary Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT Operations and Support.
  • Establish and oversee incident response and recovery processes, including disaster recovery, to minimize the impact of cyberattacks and other incidents on business operations.
  • Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to optimize spend and ensure the delivery of highquality IT services.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.
  • Oversee execution of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect the company's data, systems, and infrastructure from cyber threats and attacks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity analysts, and operations staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to provide updates on IT operations status and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with M&A activities as it relates to IT Operations and Support.
  • Strong technical background in IT operations, systems, and cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic plans for IT operations.
  • Experience managing budgets exceeding $10M, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills, including boardlevel experience.
