Primary Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and implement measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT Operations and Support.
Establish and oversee incident response and recovery processes, including disaster recovery, to minimize the impact of cyberattacks and other incidents on business operations.
Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to optimize spend and ensure the delivery of highquality IT services.
Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.
Oversee execution of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect the company's data, systems, and infrastructure from cyber threats and attacks.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity analysts, and operations staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Communicate effectively with executive leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to provide updates on IT operations status and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience with M&A activities as it relates to IT Operations and Support.
Strong technical background in IT operations, systems, and cloud technologies and best practices.
Proven experience developing and executing strategic plans for IT operations.
Experience managing budgets exceeding $10M, resources, and vendor relationships.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills, including boardlevel experience.
