Core Purpose:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.


To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas.

You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.

You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Market Research: Deep dive into industry trends to identify potential leads and understand their challenges and needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with prospects, acting as the initial face of Uniqcli, and setting the tone for future interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine strategies based on market feedback and to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, using data to inform and adjust tactics for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR role within the tech industry, demonstrating a track record of surpassing lead generation targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • High level of proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple priorities with a growth mindset.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problemsolving
