Description
Marla Vista Assisted Living is looking for compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Resident Assistant. Our goal is to maintain a warm and welcoming home for our residents. But we need your help


Schedule and availability:
This position requires regularly-scheduled shifts every other weekend. Additional hours are on-call.

Experience in Memory Care is helpful, but not required.

Paid CBRF training is available


Duties include:


  • Assist residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
  • Answer calls lights in a timely manner
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns
  • Perform light housekeeping and dietary assistance
  • Complete other duties as needed for the wellbeing our our residents

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
From $20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
