Keeping it Balanced: A great schedule to support a healthy work/life balance where a typical work week would be approximately 38-40 hours, with 4 days in clinic 9:00am-5:30pm, and 1 day working remotely.

Qualifications:


  • Must possess a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) Certificate in good standing.
  • A minimum of 5 years as an active BCBA or BCBA-D
  • A minimum of 4 years of supervising therapists in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • A minimum of 2 years of providing direct 1:1 intervention to clients with special needs.
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in ABA, psychology, early childhood education/development, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of ABA and experience with mental health is a plus
  • Must have clinical experience with ABA across different settings, including schools and homes. Clinic experience is a plus

Collaboration: Offers team support, takes feedback well, and works well with others.


Essential Job Responsibilities:

Clinical Development: Lends sound clinical support to supervisors and the clinical teams to optimize treatment outcomes - including monitors and viewing the treatment plan, goals, and programs and ensuring they are implemented effectively.

Training: Gives ongoing support to Supervisors and Behavior Technicians.

Performance Evaluations: Shares written feedback to supervisors, trainees, and PSAs.

Reports: Helps with Initial Assessment and Progress Report edits, as needed.

New Case Support: May periodically start the development of new cases in clinic that will be assigned to supervisors and
