- Safely operating the shuttle and handling the system interface while in transit.
- Engaging with passengers, answering questions, and promoting the benefits of autonomous transportation.
- Providing manual operations when necessary (with a handheld gaming controller) for added safety.
- Performing basic troubleshooting and vehicle inspections to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Maintaining a high standard of safety and emergency services during critical events.
- Availability: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are required.
- Skills: A passion for customer service and communication, with the ability to think quickly and solve problems.
- Tech Enthusiasm: You don't need to be an engineer, but a passion for emerging technologies and mobility is a must
- Team Player: A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm during challenging situations.
- Experience: A valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience, plus a clean driving record.
- Physical Requirements: The ability to work in various environments (outdoors, sitting for extended periods), and lift up to 20 pounds when needed.
- Background and Drug Screen: Must be able to pass a complete background and drug screen prior to start.
