We are currently looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of Team Leader (m/f/d) in the field of financial services in Hamburg at Rutherford College.

Here are your responsibilities as a Team Leader (m/f/d):

Leading and developing employees through training and coaching
Being the point of contact for employees regarding technical questions and conflicts
Ensuring smooth processes and procedures in debt management according to our clients' quality standards
Planning and monitoring workflows and optimizing processes
Creating reports and analyzing key performance indicators

What you bring to the position of Team Leader (m/f/d):

Completed commercial training as a legal assistant (m/f/d), legal specialist (m/f/d), or a similar qualification
Experience in debt management and several years of experience in leading employees preferred
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
