Description
Bunker (Heritage Hospitality), located in The Duncan in West Town, is looking to hire 1 part-time bartender.
Responsibilities:
*Serve a selection of cocktails, spirits, beer, seltzer, cider, wine, non-alcoholic, & food options in accordance with Heritage Hospitality's standards and recipes. *Maintain complete understanding of all offerings. *Manage flow of guests in the work area. *Check identification of guests to verify legal drinking age. *Entering items into Square point-of-sale system. *Cash & card handling. *Ensure a clean & organized work area. *Monitoring & stocking of bar inventory. *Opening & closing of work area. *Perform side work as needed.
Requirements:
Availability
*Friday & Saturday availability is required. *Potential to pick up shifts.
Compensation
- $9.48/hr + gratuity
