Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking an
Assistant Program Director to join their team.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Director to join our growing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.

In this key role, you will play a vital role in supporting the program director, faculty, and students to ensure academic excellence and student success.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the program director to develop, implement, and evaluate the curriculum, ensuring alignment with institutional standards and accreditation guidelines.
  • Advise students, guide them through clinical education experiences, and utilize data to monitor student learning outcomes and NCLEX pass rates.
  • Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluations, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Monitor all program publications and oversee communication with accreditation agencies.
  • Continuously improve the program by identifying areas for improvement and implementing creative solutions.

Required Qualifications:


  • A Master's degree (or higher) in nursing, education, or administration from an accredited institution.
  • Two years of teaching experience in prelicensure or postlicensure RN programs.
  • One year of fulltime direct patient care experience as a registered nurse.
  • A valid, active California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) license.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • A selfstarter with strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A team player with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Pay:
$120, $135,000.00 per year

  • 5x 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Education:


  • Master's (required)

Experience:


  • Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
- direct patient care: 1 year (preferred)

  • RN: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • California RN License (required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Newport Beach, CA preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Newport Beach, CA 92660: Relocate before starting work (required)
