    Description

    As an essential member of the senior management team, the PRP Director plays a key role in overseeing the PRP Program. This includes maintaining program operations, staff, client recruitment, authorizations, collaboration with treatment teams, and ensuring adherence to various industry standards and regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain CPRP, CFRP, & DLA-20 certifications through required training.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and policy changes to ensure program compliance.
    • Provide leadership and management to the Rehabilitation Specialist and PRP Coordinators.
    • Build and nurture a strong workforce through recruitment, hiring, and training.
    • Offer supervision, guidance, and development opportunities to PRP staff.
    • Represent the company and its services to potential referral sources.
    • Develop positive relationships with stakeholders and funding agencies.
    • Lead Quality Improvement efforts to enhance operational policies.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team on organizational goals and infrastructure.
    • Work with the Senior Vice President to set strategic objectives.

    Educational & Experience Requirements:

    A master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field is preferred.

    Professional certifications in Psychiatric Rehabilitation are a plus.

    Required Skills:

    • Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, and team-building skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
