- Engineering / technical degree or equivalent experience required.
- Hands-on experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
- In-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems, specifically ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 strongly preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in using a variety of software solutions consisting of but not limited to ERPs and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), engineering drawings, and specification interpretation skills required.
- Individual must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

responsibilities:
- Lead the CAPA program, including identifying, investigating, and resolving quality issues through root cause analysis.
- Develop, implement, & maintain accurate documentation of CAPA processes, including investigation reports, corrective actions, and verification activities.
- Monitor and track CAPA activities to ensure timely completion and effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to drive CAPA initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to communicate CAPA requirements and progress.
- Manage, develop, and drive improvements with external providers through data analysis and other related activities (i.e. scorecards, audits, etc...).
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze quality data and trends (i.e. producing histograms, paretos, process failure analysis, etc...).
- Prepare reports and presentations on CAPA metrics and findings.
- Drive improvements with targeted milestones based on the data analysis.
