We are a growing and progressive manufacturing company with a CNC machine shop looking for an experienced and qualified
_Plant Manager.

_The position is very hands on, and the individual would manage and lead the shop floor—supervising employees, production and inventory.

• Lead and manage daily CNC production including _hands on _support as required in engineering, estimating, material and quality control.
• Provide weekly reports and updates of production to management.
• Assist in planning work schedules, assignment and operation sequences to meet production requirements.
• Assure that all CNC shop floor equipment is adequately maintained and safely operated.
• Improve efficiency of communication between both fellow employees as well as the plant and management.

• A minimum of _ten years of CNC shop experience_ (including operating machines, setting up machines, etc.) with _two years minimum_ in a supervisory position.
• An engineering degree is preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional organization, communication and management skills.
