Executive Director Requirements:

Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense managementExcellent verbal and communication skillsA desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residentsSuccessful experience as an Executive Director for An Assisted Living Community
Experience in opening a new community from ground up preferred but not required.
