Job Summary
HousingToHome (HTH) seeks a professional, well-organized individual with excellent attention to detail to serve as a Full-Time Relocation Manager for a 3-year project. There are growth opportunities within the company post-project completion. The Manager reports to HTH's Executive Team and oversees the relocation services and plan during the affordable housing site renovation in the Bronx, NYC.

Responsibilities and Duties

Create and implement relocation phases plan and schedule.
Maintain prompt communication with residents and provide support.
Distribute renovation-related notices and communications.
Conduct needs assessment for residents and collaborate with the construction team.
Prepare apartments for construction and assist in resident access.
Ensure accurate data input and documentation of conversations and expenses.
