JOB OVERVIEW
The Team Lead role functions as an ambassador, leader and critical component in ensuring that Chick-fil-A customers have an amazing experience


The ideal leader:

  • Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs, acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of ChickfilA.
  • Sets and leads by example in a positive team culture and environment.
  • Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and sets a positive example for the shift team.
  • Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
  • Regularly communicates directly with Operations Directors and Owner/Operators regarding store operations, team management, and customer service.
  • Help train and onboard new team members.

IDEAL LEADER

  • Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, FOH manager is very helpful to the success at this job._

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

  • Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum 18+ years old
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred
  • Must be able to work in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
  • Must be available between 1:30pm 10:30pm
  • Must have basic math, reading comprehension, and communication skills
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.

Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.

Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.

Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade.

It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
