- Setup and operate CNC turning centers, requiring a minimum of 4 years of Turning Center experience.
- Utilize Fusion 360 and Mastercam for program editing.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, and work orders to set up machines correctly and sequence operations effectively.
- Adjust machining speeds and feeds as necessary to optimize production.
- Troubleshoot and correct programming errors to enhance machine performance and product quality.
- Perform quality control checks using measuring tools such as height gauges and micrometers to ensure specifications and tolerances are met.
- Actively contribute to improving operational safety, quality, and efficiency through innovative solutions.
- MUST HAVE 4 yrs' + experience CNC Operation/Setup HAAS > turning center specific
- Solid understanding of the production equipment
- Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machineries
