Key Responsibilities:


  • Support People team function processes from role approval, to job posting, offer stage, and new hire orientation
  • Perform coordination, documentation, project management, systems and data management, and reporting
  • Assist with People teamled trainings and meetings including manager trainings, new hire orientation, internal People team meetings, and all staff meetings, where relevant
  • Serve as an employeefacing resource to answer questions and help guide people to where they need to be

Manage the day-to-day of the Biden for President Internship & Externship programs, including:

  • Serve as the main point-of-contact for all program participants, including interns/externs and managers
  • Ensure managers are wellprepared for their interns
  • Document the tasks needed to onboard interns, including the necessary hardware and software
  • Provide leadership, interpersonal skill and company culture and values training facilitation to interns
  • Manage programming for interns, including social events and learning opportunities

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 13 years of experience in Intern Program Management, Recruitment, Operations, and/or HR roles
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailoriented and able to handle confidential information
  • Attention to detail and bias toward action, following up and project completion
  • Experience volunteering or working on a political campaign's Human Resources or Operations team
