    Description
    Duties * Manages personnel duty status is automated systems, arrives, departs, and attaches personnel as necessary. * Maintains close relations with course directors, instructors and supporting staff of assigned training. * Maintains individual training files for trainees and permanent party Soldiers. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. * Requires working irregular hours and weekend to include being on call.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.     Specialized Experience:
    One year of specialized experience such as 1) using automated systems to complete work tasks; 2) composing correspondence in accordance with established directives; and 3) maintaining training reports and records.

    This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).

    You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

    • Computer Literacy
    • Operations Support
    • Written Communication Time in

    Grade Requirement:

    Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).

    Education This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

    Additional information * Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.

    How You Will Be Evaluated You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.
