Your tasks

  • Consulting clients on Enterprise and IT Service Management
  • Process consulting for service management processes
  • Preparation, execution, and follow-up of workshops on ITSM and ESM topics
  • Implementation of ITSM and ESM projects
  • Requirements management for ITSM and ESM tools
  • Description and implementation of management of change measures
  • Client coordination and communication
  • Creation of internal concepts
  • Sales support
  • Administrative tasks related to client projects
