WE ARE

Your training as a civil engineering specialist lasts 2 years and takes place on the construction sites of our projects; at the inter-company training center in Dresden or Bautzen as well as in vocational school.

After successfully completing your training, you can extend it to a 3rd year and obtain your journeyman's certificate as a
well builder or road builder.

Civil and water engineering
Special civil engineering
Structural and bridge construction
Concrete and surface repair

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Secondary school diploma or higher
High motivation and commitment
Enjoy working outdoors and in a team
Technical understanding and manual dexterity
