Busy radiology imaging center is hiring a full-time front desk medical receptionist (Bilingual Chinese) to perform:Check
- in patients at front desk.
Verify insurance via web portal or phone.
Check authorizations.
Scheduling radiology exams and confirm appointments
Requirements:
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
Input all demographics and insurance information accurately into our computer system.
Effective oral communication skills with patients.
Good customer service skills.
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
