Are you ready to take your career to the next level? The Clorox Company is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Capabilities Team Leader.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a world-class company that is dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our customers.


In this role, you will:

  • Own our coordination with Internal Audit
  • Annual Fund loading and Coordination
  • Advancement of Power BI reporting and tool improvements for the Sales Org.
  • SOX controls
  • Significant partnership on Sweep reporting, Enterprise trade fund reporting, Exceedra coordination and Order-ToCash teamwork
  • Consultation to all BU's
  • Sales policy ownership, updates and delivery
This position will have exposure to all areas of the Clorox enterprise and will build opportunity for upward advancement.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ambitious and selfmotivated, with a drive to go above and beyond.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and effectively prioritise multiple priorities.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Exceedra or TPM usage and understanding
  • Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Workplace type:
Hybrid role 3 days a week in one of Clorox offices.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S.

is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.


  • Zone A: $121,900 $240,100
  • Zone B: $111,700 $220,100
  • Zone C: $101,600 $200,100
