Coordinate and dispatch appropriate personnel, including law enforcement or emergency response teams, in response to alarm signals or customer requests.
Deliver prompt and empathetic responses to activated alarm signals, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Exhibit exceptional verbal communication skills and maintain composure while addressing individual customer needs. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to alarm monitoring and dispatch services.Qualifications for Success:
Exhibit white-glove customer service to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Proficiency in utilizing computer and phone equipment for prolonged periods, coupled with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute, is essential.
Prior experience in a call center environment is advantageous, along with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone. Ability to thrive under moderate stress for efficient performance in demanding situations.Key Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory. Successful candidates will undergo background checks and drug screening.
