We are looking for open-minded employees for telephone inquiries.


As a Call Center Agent, you can expect:
Tasks

  • Telephone communication with supporters of nonprofit organizations: You not only inform about their projects and successfully solicit predictable and longterm donations, but also give the respective organization character and personality through your voice.
  • You actively contribute to the optimization of telephone calls by bringing in ideas to improve conversation management based on conversation guidelines.
  • Onboarding and development of new agents.
  • Ensuring personnel capacities, quantitatively and qualitatively (recruitment).
Qualifications

  • Interest in the concerns of nonprofit organizations in humanitarian areas as well as environmental, nature, and disaster protection.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in telephone work inbound or outbound.
  • Persuasiveness, empathy, and determination.
  • Reliability, honesty, and willingness to learn.
  • Independent and responsible work.
  • Team spirit, solution orientation, and ability to compromise.
  • Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities, for example in personnel development.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours from 9 am to 8 pm.
