*Your responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of 4-6 employees in the areas of administration, design, and other internal departments.
  • Responsibility for projects in various areas such as new setups, product placement, shelf construction, and assortment monitoring.
  • Coordination and strategic development of non-food items for hardware stores or full-range assortments.
  • Determining and creating work documents, processes, and instructions for the field staff.
  • Negotiating contract parameters with drop shippers and key customers, including cost calculations and creating offers.
  • Communicating with internal and external partners.
